StarChapter is adding a Sales Coordinator to our team in a hybrid position with remote and on-site work arrangements. This position is responsible for lead qualification and development for the United States and Canada. The Sales Coordinator reaches out to the volunteer leaders that are decision makers at local chapters of associations and standalone organizations to schedule online demonstrations with qualified prospects for senior team members. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours of outbound calls per week to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Become an expert in engaging and converting prospects over the phone primarily by outbound calls to schedule a minimum of eleven (11) outbound first-time demos per week with qualified prospects
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of how to identify and use pain points to drive prospects to demos
  • Manage a variety of sales automation and online prospecting tools to keep leads, contacts and opportunities organized

Physical demands and work environment:
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
This position is a hybrid position with some remote work. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
